Capsicum Green/each

Capsicum, also known as bell pepper or sweet pepper, is a fruit native to South and Central America. They come in a variety of colours - red, green, yellow, orange. Green bell peppers are unripe capsicum, and they are typically slightly bitter with a grassy flavor, making them the perfect candidate for frying, baking, sautéing, using as a pizza topper and even grilling.
Store capsicum in the crisper drawer of the fridge, in a ventilated produce bag, with paper towel to absorb moisture, or in a brown paper bag. Do not wash before storing.
