Capsicum Red/each

Capsicum, also known as bell pepper or sweet pepper, is a fruit native to South and Central America. They come in a variety of colours - red, green, yellow, orange, with red being the sweetest.
Enjoy Capsicum fresh with dip, or as part of a salad. Can be baked, roasted, chargrilled, stuffed, used as a pizza topper or turned into jam, jelly or soup.
Store in the crisper drawer of the fridge, in a ventilated produce bag, with paper towel to absorb moisture. Do not wash before storing.
